Hey there. Is it just me or did June just fly by?
Speaking of time flying, 2014 is half over! I've been looking back at my blogging bucketlist and my to-do lists-sooo many things to be done!
So here's what I am currently...
MAKING time to do the things I love.
WATCHING to Attack on Titan. Anime newbie here but damn, I'm loving it!
READING Claudia Grey's Spellcaster and a few regency romances by Lisa Kleypas.
LISTENING to Clean Bandit's Rather Be. Classical violins + club music ? Gimme.
LOOKING forward to watching The Fault in Our Stars and How To Train a Dragon II
PLAYING with the idea of bringing in some lifestyle posts and mixing up my reviewing style.
STARTING to compile a list of classic books that I haven't read yet. Catcher in the Rye, To Kill a Mockingbird and The Hobbit are at the top.
OBSESSED with this heavenly blueberry swirl cheesecake.
ENJOYING this moment.
WAITING for Eid.
WONDERING if it's time for some change career-wise.
LOVING this blog post on What Courage Looks Like.
WEARING an oversized t-shirt and sweatpants. Weekend comfy clothes for the win.
FOLLOWING Megfee (beautiful posts by a beautiful person) and Your Super Awesome Life.
GIGGLING over the awesome-ness that is Mindy Kaling. Can't wait for season 3 guys!!
THINKING about going on a baking spree since I'm craving this bread pudding and this decadent cupcake looks relatively easy.
GRATEFUL for this moment.
So tell me, how was your June?
What are you looking forward to this July?
xoxo
First, the wallpaper is incredible. It is now what I will be looking at on my computer screen :)
ReplyDeleteJune did fly by as is this year, I think anyway. I think it is great you have a bucklist and to-do list for the year and are striving to complete them. I wish I had created a list for myself. I guess it is never too late to create a list for the second half of the year! Maybe I will do that...
This is such a cool post! I love lists and I think this is a really great and simple way to sum up the month. I loved both The Fault in Our Stars and How to Train Your Dragon 2 so hopefully you enjoy them as well! Watching the sequel to How to Train was so wonderful though, especially the scenes Toothless was in because I was just reminded of his adorableness all over again. And OMG, I am so excited for season 3 of The Mindy Project too! I love Mindy so much, she honestly has the cutest personality. And lifestyle posts sound fun! I love it when blogs have a mixture of posts and not just all book-related.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great July as well! :)
I LOVE The Mindy Project, it's so good! If you haven't read her book, I highly recommend it (she narrates the audio version and it's fantastic!)
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, June went by SO fas!
